A role for glaziers, stonemasons, and glass or window installers who want to move off the tools and into sales. Sell the vacuum lifting machines you already know how to use, to the trades you already understand.
About the role
Quattrolifts builds vacuum lifting machines that let one person handle glass and stone that used to take a full crew. We are looking for a sales representative who has worked with those materials on real job sites. If you have installed glass, cut stone, or fitted windows, you already know the problems our machines solve. This role turns that field knowledge into sales.
Why your trade background matters
The best person to sell a glazing machine is someone who has carried the glass. You know the weight, the breakage risk, the back injuries, and the hours lost to manual handling. When you talk to a glazier or a stone fabricator, you speak their language and you have the scars to prove it. That credibility closes deals a generic salesperson cannot.
What you will do
- Sell the Quattrolifts range to glaziers, stone fabricators, window installers, and construction firms.
- Run product demonstrations on site and at trade shows, showing operators how the machines handle real loads.
- Build relationships with buyers who value someone that understands the work behind the spec sheet.
- Work with our team to match the right machine to each customer's material, site, and budget.
- Feed real site problems back to us so the product keeps solving what the trade actually faces.
What you will bring
- Hands-on experience in glazing, stonemasonry, glass or window installation, or a related trade.
- A genuine interest in moving into a sales career and learning the commercial side of the business.
- Confidence talking to people on a job site and in a boardroom.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites and trade events.
- No formal sales background required. We will train you on the selling. You bring the field knowledge.
