Yes. Our machines can also handle composite panels, steel, granite/marble, plastics, wood doors, and laminates. Foam vacuum pads are available as an option for textured surfaces like stone.
The Express range (330–770 lbs) is compact, portable, and designed for on-site glazing — it fits through doorways and assembles in minutes. The Vector range (880–1,800 lbs) consists of self-propelled robotic systems with wireless remote control, dual vacuum pumps, and precision hydraulic adjustment for larger, heavier installations.
Yes. Our Horizon range is specifically designed for in-shop use — loading trucks, tilt tables, edgework machines, and furnaces. The Mule 660 and Glassboy 880 are also excellent in-shop options.
A dual pump vacuum system uses two independent vacuum pumps for redundancy and safety. If one pump fails, the other maintains the vacuum seal, preventing the glass from falling. All Vector and Omni range machines include dual pump systems as standard.
